Bicycle leasing as a complete package: Barco’s leasing story

Ilse: “Largely in response to demand from our employees. We noticed that the topic was important to employees, and job applicants actively asked about it too. People increasingly want to tailor their own salary package. With bicycle leasing, employees choose a solution that suits them, while we promote  more sustainable mobility at the same time.”

Why did you choose o2o?

Ilse: “The most important factor for us was that HR employees would not have to figure everything out themselves and that we could properly support our employees. A bicycle leasing partner should provide a comprehensive package: supporting HR and employees, taking the burden off them, and offering a wide range of bicycles.”

How did you launch bicycle leasing internally?

Ilse: “We organised information sessions for employees, and o2o came by twice to explain everything together with us. The sessions were really useful. Quite a few employees had questions, and all of them were addressed during the information sessions. If you want to make bicycle leasing popular, these information sessions really are the way to go.”

“In the afternoon, we also organised a test event together with o2o. Employees could ask questions, discover bicycles and test them out. It was the perfect way to get a concrete idea of what a lease bicycle is like.”
